Cancellation policy
You may cancel your instructions by notifying us at any time before the day of the inspection.
We reserve the right to decline your instructions if, after arriving at the property, we consider it is unsuitable for a Colleys Building Survey.
We will contact you immediately to discuss the cancellation and will refund the fee

Voicing your concerns - we can help
Building strong and lasting relationships with our customers is important to us. Sometimes things can, and do, go wrong and when this happens we encourage you to tell us about it so we can aim to put things right.
If you have a problem or complaint, we want to fix it, quickly and simply, however, there are occasions where it may take longer to resolve if your complaint is particularly complex. To ensure that your complaint is investigated fully we may need to send someone to visit your property.
