Welcome to Colleys Prestige - a service that offers you enhanced versions of the Colleys Property Valuation and Colleys Property Check.
The Prestige service is specifically designed for customers with enhanced valuation and surveying needs. It is a priority valuation and/or survey service that provides advice quickly and it only available through Colleys - giving you the reassurance of our expertise and experience.
Colleys Private Valuation - Prestige
This service differs from a standard Colleys Property Valuation as we:
- Individually case manage instructions - we will provide you with priority updates throughout the appointment process and will get in touch as soon as your report is ready
- Produce a more detailed report - providing you with information on the saleability and location of the property, giving you the beneļ¬t of our expert knowledge
- Can email you the report - ensuring there is no delay in you receiving the information
Colleys Property Check - Prestige
This service differs from a standard Colleys Property Check as we:
- Individually case manage instructions - we will provide you with updates throughout the appointment process and will get in touch as soon as your report is ready
- Provide easy access to our surveyors - once your inspection has been completed you can have a 45 minute discussion with your surveyor, either in person or by telephone - giving you valuable access to their experience and expertise
