Upon receiving your completed form:

  • Our Customer Service Team will contact you by phone within your specified time slot to talk through next steps and arrange payment. This will start the booking process.
  • To complete the booking process we'll send you a copy of our Terms of Engagement. You'll need to sign these and return a copy to us.
  • We aim to complete a property check within 7 working days of receiving your signed Terms of Engagement.
