Colleys Property Valuation

This is a brief report which includes our assessment of the value of the property. It also highlights any major defects or legal issues we think might affect the property's value - but it is not a survey of the property.

A valuation is useful if you are buying a new build home, remortgaging or need a property assessed for estate valuation. Your lender will normally instruct a valuation when you take out a mortgage.

If you are purchasing a previously occupied property, it is our recommendation that you seriously consider a product that provides an assessment of both the property's condition and value.
