Choosing What's Right For You

Level 1 - Colleys Valuation

Colleys Valuation is a clear concise valuation report. Ideal if you are buying a property with or without a mortgage, or if you require advice on residential properties for any purpose. This brief report gives you valuation advice and highlights anything we think you should check with your conveyancer. (Please note that this is not a survey.)

Level 2 - Colleys Property Check

Colleys Property Check is a survey and valuation outlining the condition on the day of inspection. The report is set out in easy to understand sections covering information about the property, condition, matters for your conveyancer and a valuation. The report utilises repair categories to highlight the urgency of repairs.

Level 3 - Colleys Building Survey

Colleys Building Survey is a detailed survey inspection and report. The report is divided into sections covering property information, condition advice using repair categories and repair cost banding, future maintenance and condition issues and valuation advice.

Colleys External Appraisal

Is a low cost product designed for business customers involving a residential property appraisal from an external view. You will get an approximate value to help you with low loan to value loan assessments, audits and other tailor made uses.

Colleys Pre-Purchase Appraisal

Is designed for Brokers and Intermediaries providing an appraisal of units within a new development. This involves the assessment of plans and other information usually without a site visit. You will get approximate capital and rental valuation advice to assist you with volume purchase and investment decisions.

Colleys Part Exchange Valuation

Is a clear and concise report for Builders and Developers. Based on a Level 1 Valuation inspection, the Colleys Part Exchange Valuation provides advice to assist with acquisition and disposal decisions.
